Fall Creek Reservation Policies

Hotel Policy

We have two styles of rooms: Double Queen and Single King. 

Check In is at 3:00pm and Check Out is at 11:00am.

Cancellations

  1. If reservation is canceled in less than 14 days in advance the full reservation cost is nonrefundable.
  2. Check In is from 3pm-7pm. If a late check in is needed, please call the lodge and make arrangements. If guests do not show up by 12 noon the day following their first night’s reservation will forfeit all payments and the room will become available for first-come first-served or new reservation.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days at the time of cancellation: using the original method of payment whenever possible. If paid by credit card, the original account will be credited electronically for the total amount of said reservation MINUS 20%. If paid by cash or money order, limited refunds may be provided in cash at the resort, or the refund may be provided by check, or in the form of a voucher that may be used to pay for future stays and associated fees. 

General

  • NO SMOKING in rooms, bar, restaurant, or any other inside public areas. There is a $250.00 fee assessed for those who smoke in the building.
  • A $295.00 cleaning deposit will be taken at the time of check in and will be used for any stains or odors left after your stay.
  • Personal liquor or food is not allowed in restaurant, bar, or patio.
  • Hotel property either lost or misplaced will be the guest’s responsibility and will be billed to the guest if not found remaining in guest’s room after checking out.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest or guests’ visitors will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
  • Rooms are for registered guests only. The registered guest is responsible for payment. A Shower fee of $10.00 will be charged to any non-guests using hotel room showers.
  • Pay showers are available for those not staying in the hotel.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be attended by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times.
  • Maximum occupancy for rooms with 1 bed: 3 people.
  • Maximum occupancy for rooms with 2 beds: 6 people.

Pets

Rooms 9, 10, and 11 are available as pet friendly rooms on the lower level with an access door to a small potty area. We do not allow breeds with excessive shedding or dogs know to being aggressive. Your fur baby is welcome in the building in the hotel room while accompanied by their owner. We ask you never leave your pet unattended in the room at any time. Any noise or disturbances will be handled promptly by management.

The pet fee is as follows: $25.00 per pet/per day non-refundable fee. You must register the extra cost for your pet in order for your pet to stay with you.

  • Family seating area with Roku TV and DVD player

The following can be found in the patio area:

  • 24 hour access to firepit with pre-chopped firewood: Please keep fired below 16" and never leave fires unattended or smoldering. A water spicket with hose is located on the patio near the fire pit to put fires out.

For extended stays please let an employee know if you need additional towels, linens, toilet paper, or soaps.

Reservations

  1. Hotel fees are based on double occupancy. An 8% tax will be charged. There is an additional fee of $5.00 per extra person, per night. You will be charged at your arrival to the retreat during the check-in process.
  2. Full payment is required at the time the reservation is booked.
  3. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  4. Hotel occupancy must comprise of at least one person 18 years of age or older.
  5. Maximum occupancy for rooms with 1 bed: 3 people.
  6. Maximum occupancy for rooms with 2 beds: 6 people.

Camping Policies

  • There are absolutely No firearms, explosives, or fireworks to be discharged in the campgrounds or on Fall Creek Recreational Retreats property. Those found breaking this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately and will not be allowed back.
  • Pets are welcome as long as they are non-aggressive, attended at all times, and kept on a leash. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCESSIVE BARKING. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of their feces. Free doggy bags are available at the lodge, please ask a staff member if you need some or grab from the rolls located around the patio. Rolls of Doggy bags are available for purchase in lodge.
  • Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Keep noise, such as barking dogs, slamming doors, ATV’s and UTV’s, and generators to a minimum. Respect your neighbors at all times.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times.
  • Speed limit is 5 mph through the campgrounds.
  • No motorized vehicles of any kind on the landscaping and/or grass. Stay on the roads and avoid driving through campsites. please help keep the nature alive and beautiful for years to come by staying on paths and roads and avoid walking off path.
  • Water and power hook-ups are for personal use only. Do not share hookups with others nearby campsites.
  • We are not responsible for damages to property from things such as fallen limbs, scratches, rocks, windstorms, rainstorms, flooding, and any other forces of nature outside of our control.
  • Use of outside appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, etc. will incur an additional charge of $40.00 per month for electricity costs. Notify lodge staff if extra electricity will be used.
  • Use of unattended air conditioners or heaters for a day or more will access an additional fee and your power will be terminated. Please shut off heaters and air conditioners before heading home or out for a long adventure.
  • Use of generators is prohibited. Please choose a campsite with power and water if a power source is needed. Use of generators detracts from the tranquility of the area.
  • No motorized vehicle repairs on this property.
  • All campfires are to be in designated campsite fire pits, to be kept under 16" and are never to be left unattended or smoldering. campsites with fires found smoldering or unattended will be fined $500 and will not be allowed back. 
  • Please do not place glass, cans, diapers, or any other items that will not melt down in the fire pits. Keep the firepits clean.
  • Do not place hot cooking units on the plastic picnic tables, they will MELT.  any Melted picnic tables found will be fined the cost to replace the table. 
  • Keep all drives clear of vehicles.
  • Keep site clean and free of trash. you haul in you haul out. Please see management at lodge if you need to use the private dumpsters.
  • RV outdoor rugs only, no indoor carpeting or rugs.
  • Absolutely no permanent structures or building of any sort are to be placed on campsites.
  • Please do not chop, nail, hit, or cut any of the trees or plants in the campgrounds. Seek out management at the lodge for assistance if any branches or bushes are obstructing the campgrounds and we will take care of it promptly.
  • Fall Creek Resort and Marina strives to provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment for our campsite guests. We are all here to have fun and enjoy the area. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO GUESTS ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY DUE TO NONCOMPLIANCE OF THE ABOVE RULES.

Reservations

  1. Camping fees are calculated per night: per tent, RV, or vehicle used to sleep in, plus 8% tax. Rates vary depending on location and amenities.
  2. Full payment is required at the time the reservation is booked. Payment is processed at the time of the reservation, NOT at the time of check-in.
  3. Campground check-in time is 12:01 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  4. Campsites must comprise of at least one person 18 years of age or older.
  5. Campsite occupancy consists of one camper unit per site. Additional RVs/tents are allowed at an additional fee where space permits. Make sure your intended RV/trailer will fit on the site by reading the site details for maximum lengths. All sizes and accommodations are listed per site. If your rig is larger than what is allowed, refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
  6. Long-term camping is no longer accepted.

Tent Camping (Dry)

Check in time is after 12:01pm and check out time is before 12:00pm. There is no power or water for these campsites. There is a picnic table and steel fire pit for campfires. Bring a grate if you are wanting to cook over the fire. 

RV Camping: 

Check in time is after 12:01pm and check out time is before 12:00pm. These sites have RV hookups for water and power. Power to the campsites is 120 volt 30 amp and is finite. The system will not support the use of air conditioners, microwaves, hair dryers, etc. all at the same time. It is possible to overload and will cause air conditioners and other appliances to cycle and not work properly. There is a resin picnic table and steel fire pit for campfires. Bring a grate if you are wanting to cook over the fire.

Showers

Newly Renovated! We offer showers for our guests. There are two shower rooms available. The fee is $10.00 per shower with a towel provided or $8.00 per shower if you bring your own towel.
